How do I brew my tea?

Easy! On each product and on each product page on this website, you will have the simple brewing instructions. It’s important to not brew the tea too long.

Does Teatudo tea contain caffeine?

All our fruit, herbal and rooibos tisanes are naturally caffeine free. Green, oolong and white teas contain a low level of caffeine. As tea is a natural product, it is difficult to determine exact levels.

Any teas I should avoid while pregnant of breastfeeding?

For personal health questions, it’s best to have a chat with your naturopath or doctor to determine which teas and tisanes are suitable for your individual needs. Also note that each product has a full list of ingredients of each tea/tisane.

How should I store Teatudo tea?

To ensure your tea stays as delicious as when you first opened it, we recommend storing it cool and dry. Our products are protected by high quality food-grade foil, but we still recommend storing it in an airtight tin or dark glass away from any direct sunlight.

Does my tea expire?

All teas has an expiry date. We recommend enjoying them before they expire so that you can experience the full quality flavor. Have a look at the bottom of the cylinders for expiry date.

Where can I buy TEATUDO?

You can order all our products from our website and we will ship to your location. As for retail, you can buy TEATUDO in multiple retails in Hong Kong. Please go to this page for locations: https://teatudo.com/pages/store-locator

I’ve placed an order but my shipping details are incorrect. What can I do?

Please email us right away on hello@teatudo.com and we will endeavor to sort it out before your order is dispatched.

Has my order gone through successfully?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email to confirm we have received the order. Once we process your order, you will receive a confirmation with tracking code. If you created an account, you can also check your order status on your account page.

Do I have to create an account?

Not at all! If you prefer shopping without creating an account, that’s completely fine. But we recommend creating an account, as we may send you some special offers!

What payment does Teatudo accept online?

Teatudo accepts VISA and MasterCard. We also support PayPal, where we support additional credit cards and of course paying using your PayPal account, should you have one.

I have a coupon code, how can I use it?

Coupon/promo codes can be entered upon checkout to apply the discount.


 

Shipping

If the delivery time has passed the estimated timeframe, please send us an email on hello@teatudo.com and we can look into it for you.

What delivery service does Teatudo use?

We are ship all orders with Hong Kong Post. We are looking to include FedEx and SF Express in the future.

Does Teatudo ship internationally?

Yes indeed! We ship to most countries in the world.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Hong Kong, shipping is free! For the rest of the world, please refer to Shipping Information.

Can I track my shipment?

Once we’ve fulfilled your order, we will send you a tracking code. You can track your parcel here: track.teatudo.com

Do I need to pay duties or taxes on my order?

Any country, regional or local duties, taxes or surcharges is/are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
